Este libro reúne las voces, trayectorias y aportes de mujeres docentes de la Universidad Politécnica Salesiana que, desde diversas disciplinas, construyen conocimiento con rigor, creatividad y compromiso social. A través de sus experiencias en ciencia, cultura y tecnología, visibiliza cómo la investigación, la docencia y la innovación se convierten en herramientas para transformar realidades y formar generaciones críticas, éticas y solidarias.
Las autoras son ingenieras, científicas, arquitectas, odontólogas, médicas, biólogas, comunicadoras, entre otras profesionales que, desde sus áreas de experticia, aportan soluciones a problemáticas contemporáneas relacionadas con la sostenibilidad, la salud, la educación, la inclusión, la tecnología y el desarrollo humano.
